Description

DynamoDB ops can return the cost of the operation in ConsumedCapacity methods.

by switching to the API calls which include this in the results are used in DynamoDBMetadataStore, then we could provide live/aggregate stats on IO capacity used. This could aid in live monitoring S3Guard load, and help assess the cost of queries
