Description

In HADOOP-13665, io.erasurecode.codec.

{rs-legacy.rawcoder,rs.rawcoder,xor.rawcoder}

are no more used.
It is necessary to update HDFSErasureCoding.md to show new config keys io.erasurecode.codec.

{rs-legacy.rawcoders,rs.rawcoders,xor.rawcoders}

instead.
