Description

Per discussion in HADOOP-14132. Remove line org.apache.hadoop.fs.ftp.FTPFileSystem from the service loader config file hadoop-common-project/hadoop-common/src/main/resources/META-INF/services/org.apache.hadoop.fs.FileSystem and add property fs.ftp.impl to core-default.xml.
