Description

Sometimes it's relatively hard to comprehend the meaning of the exception message without stacktrace. I think we should log the stacktrace too.

LOG.warn("KMS provider at [{}] threw an IOException [{}]!!",
            provider.getKMSUrl(), ioe.getMessage());
