Need pop up for userid and password for NLA RDP Sessions

    Description

      When RDC sessions with NLA are created the user must hard code user and password each session. This is a major inconvenience when users have to change their passwords because they have to go into each connection and change it manually.

      If the userid and password fail guacamole should present a pop-up like Windows RDC that asks them to enter a userid, password and domain or accept the domain\userid and password as does Windows RDC.
