[GUACAMOLE-822] Balancing group links are missing client identifier

Description

Testing against the latest master, the URL of balancing groups for links within the Guacamole home page is #/client/, rather than #/client/IDENTIFIER. This appears to be a regression, with a build of 1.0.0 not producing this behavior, but I have not yet determined whether this is due to a 1.1.0 change or 1.2.0.

To reproduce:

1. As an administrator, create a balancing group.
2. Navigate to the home page.
3. Hover the mouse over the newly-created balancing group. Note that the URL does not contain the client identifier.
