Add option to build client docker with RADIUS support

    Description

      To have RADIUS support available in guacamole client docker image currently manual modification of build script and start script are required.

      The build script needs activate the maven profile lgpl-extensions and copy the RADIUS extention into the destination diractory
      The start script needs to link the RADIUS jar file to GUACAMOLE_HOME and pass RADIUS environment variables into guacamole properties.
