Description

The basic-user-mapping property has been deprecated since 0.9.10-incubating (see commit 8590a0a / GUACAMOLE-1), while the mysql-disallow-* and postgresql-disallow-* properties have been deprecated since 0.9.8 (see commit 9b27a27 / GUAC-830). Sufficient time and releases have elapsed that it should now be safe to remove support for these properties entirely.
