As mentioned by lorengordon on GUACAMOLE-370:

... I see load-balancing-info in the User Guide, but in the source code it appears the parameter name is load-balance-info. ...

The documentation for RDP gateway support parameter in the manual is incorrect. The parameter name is indeed load-balance-info.
