[GUACAMOLE-330] Facing mutex error while making ssh connection

Description

I have installed guacamole-server on Ubuntu 14.04 and sometimes on ssh authentication I cannot complete the connection and encounter the following error in guacd logs:

guacd: ath.c:193: _gcry_ath_mutex_lock: Assertion `*lock == ((ath_mutex_t) 0)' failed.
