[GUACAMOLE-27] Bring Docker images into new git repositories

Description

Prior to acceptance in the Apache Incubator, the Guacamole Docker images existed across two separate repositories:

1. https://github.com/glyptodon/guacamole-docker
2. https://github.com/glyptodon/guacd-docker

These repositories correspond to the built and deployed results of guacamole-client and guacamole-server respectively. As such, the source for these images needs to be merged into the proper Apache Guacamole repositories:

1. https://github.com/apache/incubator-guacamole-client
2. https://github.com/apache/incubator-guacamole-server

The fact that these images have not yet been migrated like the rest of the project is blocking Docker-related contributions (see GUAC-1545).
