Description

When using hungarian layout, after pressing 'i' on the keyboard every ctrl + <key> is interpreted as ctrl + shift + <key> and vica versa. 

This is caused by an incorrect binding in hu_hu_qwertz.keymap. Dotless 'ı' is used from the turkish alphabet instead of latin 'i'.
