Description

libguac-terminal is currently a build-time dependency for ssh and telnet, not a shared library. As we may want to add further terminal-based connection types in the future, the library should be refactored to be a proper shared library, not duplicated inside each protocol library.

As part of the transition to a shared library, the code should be refactored / cleaned up as needed for further development.
