[GUACAMOLE-1510] I can't input the Spanish vowels with the accent

Description

I tried to input some Spanish vowels (ô, ò, û) with the accent, I can't input them.

• ô: AltGr + { + o, ò: AltGr + } + o
• û: AltGr + { + u

Please refer to official-guacamole-osk-windows10.mp4.

My test environment follows as below:

• Guacamole keyboard layout: Spanish (Qwerty)
  
• Windows 10 Keyboard layout: Spanish (Mexico)
