RDP "disable-copy" flag does not work

    Description

      Unlike disable-paste, the recently added disable-copy connection parameter for RDP does not appear to behave correctly. Copying from within an RDP connection to the external client machine works regardless of whether disable-copy is set to true.

      The parameter behaves correctly only if both disable-copy and disable-paste are set to true, in which case support for the CLIPRDR channel is not loaded at all.
