    Description

Currently there is no easy way in Docker environments to set up the RemoteIPValve as indicated in https://guacamole.apache.org/doc/gug/proxying-guacamole.html

Correctly setting this variable allows to correctly perform access logging and allows to avoid the "Connection already in use by this user." error.

I already have the code available on https://github.com/gabibbo97/charts/blob/5686c34ca599edebaa5e65599f0fcb211faf5c2f/charts/guacamole/scripts/setup-proxy-valve.sh#L4 and the code is almost a copy of the script mentioned there.
