OpenWhisk GSOC: New Runtimes: (TypeScript, C#, .Net, Kotlin, Dart, Rust, R, Ruby)

This is one project can be pick by multiple students, depending which programming language they pick to implement.

 

This are programming languages that today can be supported via Docker Actions, but we wan to have native support for them meaning source or compile with its own runtime like the other runtimes (JavaScript, Python, etc..)
