• Replace jcenter repositories in build scripts with mavenCentral 5aee00215a0c
• Find replacement source for openbeans, currently: url 'https://dl.bintray.com/melix/thirdparty-apache' 8c2c27ccb0 GROOVY-9990
• Find replacement source for asciidoctorj-groovy-dsl, currently: bintray 4e2214b9931d
• Change defaultGrapeConfig.xml to not reference jcenter 827360e4012f GROOVY-9989
• move windows installer files off bintray
• move snapshot artifacts from jcenter
• move distributions off bintray
• fix distribution URLs in SDKman
• fix release scripts in groovy-release repo
• Update doco references: core-getting-started.adoc, grape.adoc, tools-groovyc.adoc, README.adoc
• repoint SDKMAN links to existing bintray binaries
