[GROOVY-5930] -baseScript option for groovy command

Description

-baseScript option can be taked on groovyc(Groovy ahead of time compiler) command but groovy command don't interprete it.

IMHO, I like -basescript then -baseScript. Considering with -configscript option, those are should be under the same naming policy.

this is similar issue of GROOVY-5917
