Syntax error when using question mark in the command line argument

    Description

      In version 1.8.5, I was able to do this on command line:

      groovy xyz.groovy jdbc:sybase:Tds:host:port/mydb?charset=iso_1

      But in version 1.8.6, I will get:

      The syntax of the command is incorrect because of the '?'.
