[GROOVY-4203] Groovyc Ant task can get a NPE when trying to set stubDir plus doesn't expose keepStubs flag

Description

If you set stubDir="foo" on the groovyc task it can thrown an NPE. Plus now that joint compilation config is done via javac task, there is no way to set the keepStubs flag from ant.
