In the Groovy published at http://groovy.codehaus.org/gapi/ and http://groovy.codehaus.org/api/ added a comment on the index page to tell what's the difference for the two documentations.

api is just "normal JavaDoc", so you won't see classes implemented in Groovy.
gapi is the GroovyDoc for everything, Java and Groovy.
