Description

For some reason, TimeCategory is in the pakage org.codehaus.groovy.runtime. As I understand, all Groovy classes under org.codehaus are supposed to be internals, and not part of the public Groovy API. So I'm not sure why TimeCategory is there, as I assume it's intended to be part of the public Groovy API. I propose it should be moved to groovy.time.

The current org.codehaus...TimeCategory can be deprecated and eventually removed.
