Description
Hi,
As far as I understand Groovy currently requires that the GROOVY Enviromentvariable is set. It would be nice to get rid of this requirement. At least on Windows and Unix it's possible for a script to figure out it's location. From the scripts location the value for GROOVY_HOME could be derived. The Apache ant project does it this way.
Supporting the GROOVY_HOME enviroment variable would be still a good fall back.
Regards,
Markus
