Actual behavior

Current MongoStore implementation doesn't allow configuration of Read Preference and Write Concern of MongoDB Java Driver

Proposed improvement

Add "gora.mongodb.readpreference" and "gora.mongodb.writeconcern" properties to allow configuration during store initialization
