Description

I have looked at the remaining issues of the menitioned files which should be solved.

There are several "choices" implemented which have the abstract parent of the elements included in the choice. This violates the "Unique Particle Attribution". In some cases the choiec structure could possibly removed.

I have identified those and commented. Please have a look at the attached patch.
