[GERONIMO-445] First build gets Axis text failure

Description

I installed Maven and Subversion for the first time on a new machine (Linux SuSE 9.1), checked out Geronimo, and ran "maven". The Axis tests failed, with the attached log (lots of 401 unauthorized errors).

In the past when I've encountered this I've rebuilt and haven't had the problem again. I'm not sure what causes it though.
