[GERONIMO-360] wrong tx policy for at least StatefulSession ejbCreate method

Description

Spec (2.1, p 88, note at top) indicates that the ejbCreate (and other) method(s) of a SFSB should execute in an unspecified tx context. Getting a stack trace to the itest BasicStatefulBean ejbCreate reveals that the call goes through the Required tx policy rather than NotSupported policy. Why this hasn't been causing an itest failure is not clear, but it will soon.
