Description

We think the axis2 or CXF engine already support the following, but we need to create test cases for them to make sure they work in geronimo:

Supports SOAP 1.2 over HTTP
Supports XML over HTTP
Supports SOAP 1.1 over HTTP with MTOM enabled
Supports SOAP 1.2 over HTTP with MTOM enabled
