Description
In certain situations, the split logic in AbstractConvexHyperplaneBoundedRegion#splitInternal will assign a region to the wrong side of a splitter. This can occur when floating point errors cause some boundaries of the region to be classified as being on both sides of the splitter, even though the splitter lies completely outside of the region. This method should be updated to handle these edge cases.
