Description

I propose the addition of new modules providing input/output support for commons geometric data formats. The new modules would be

1. commons-geometry-core-io - Core space-independent interfaces and classes.
2. commons-geometry-euclidean-io - Euclidean IO classes.

The main goals of the modules would be to

1. Provide convenient IO functionality for common data formats.
2. Provide a similar API across spaces and dimensions.
3. Provide extension points for users to add support for additional data formats and data structures.
