Major Description
Currently, geode 1.12 uses micrometer version 1.2.1 which is much older than the latest release of the micrometer version. Version 1.2.1 of the micrometer release is also out of support (https://github.com/micrometer-metrics/micrometer/releases/tag/v1.2.1). Bumping this version to 1.6.3 which is the most stable release gives us to stay on the LTS support cycle of micrometer. https://micrometer.io/docs/support
