Description

1. WHY
   in our discussion , we found that it will be for easier for customer to provide a default pdx configuration and to let customer just update pdx configuration . Vs. CRUD on pdx configuration.

1. WHAT
   1. only support "put", "patch" to update pdx configuration
   2. support "get" to get latest pdx configuration
   3. provide a default pdx config
   4. not support "post" and "delete" http method for pdx
