Description

As of 1.9 we added Micrometer as a way to publish metrics to external monitoring systems.  As of 1.10/1.11 we added metrics that would be emitted out of a Meter Registry and documented everything in the Apache Geode wiki.  We need to formalize some of this functionality a little more with a section on Micrometer in our docx.
