Description

The gfsh alter jdbc-mapping command should be removed for consistency with other extensions and also to avoid confusion. Alter usually means that the changes will take effect immediately but in jdbc the changes only happen after the cache is restarted.

Also the jdbc-mapping command is very simple so it is easier to just destroy and recreate.
