Description

Our documentation section on Transactions is lengthy. It contains a lot of material that is irrelevant for users of Geode. In its attempt at being complete, users cannot find what they need.

I propose moving the entire section into another place within the docs to keep as reference material for anyone who needs to search for and find details. At the same time, I will replace the current Transactions section with something much more concise and opinionated. This new section is to target the best/right way to implement transactions.
