Description

VM.bounce() ignores all rules. DistributedDiskDirRule tearDown throws NPE if invoked within a dunit VM that didn't perform setUp. I'd like to improve the error message.

Eventually, we should fix VM.bounce() to invoke setUp of all distributed rules within the new VM.
