Description

BackupUtil and BackupDataStoreHelper are collections of static methods that aren't easy to test with mocks.

JMX, GFSH and the deprecated Admin API treat BackupUtil and BackupDataStoreHelper as entry points to the Backup API whereas BackupService is presented to the User as the only API. We should have one class (BackupService) be the single entry point to performing a Backup.
