 I find the documentation doesn’t go far enough to cover how to do logging - particularly on the server side from a developer perspective.

I figured out how to set up logging by jumping through GemFire code and found something like the following
```Logger logger = LogService.getLogger() ```

This is the recommended way, but it's not covered in the docs. Also - the logging doesn’t tend to have the level of detail I like (ex class & method). I realize this has to do with how the overall appender is configured. I’m curious if we have recommended ways of overriding this in certain situations.
