Description

Sonarqube is a aggregate reporting tool and one of its uses is for viewing code coverage. Currently there are only two types of tests in SonarQube: Unit and Integration. This is an issue with our test types, as we have: Unit, Distributed, and Integration.

This task is to merge the Distributed and Integration tests into one, so that they can be viewed and accounted for in SonarQube.
