Major Description
The `@since` tag on CustomEntryConcurrentHashMap says GemFire 1.5 but this is actually a class that was originally copied from the JSR 166 backport and altered. The original `@since` tag was and should be Java 1.5.
All other attribution on this class, including the original license, is accurate and complete.
