Description

When the start-port and end-port options are specified for the create gateway-receiver command, it's expected that the start port must be lower than the end port in order to specify a valid port range. When the start port is higher than the end port, the message ERROR: Please specify either start port a value which is less than end port. is printed but the actual status of the result of the command is OK instead of ERROR.
