This page in the docs should be deprecated, as users should no longer be encrypting a password via gfsh to copy/paste into cache.xml: Encrypting Passwords for Use in cache.xml

This page should also be deprecated, since the command --encrypt-password should no longer be used: encrypt password (gfsh command)

Related to GEODE-1958, which calls for removing PasswordUtil.
