Major Description
When you bring up the Geode javadocs there are a lot of packages that are missing descriptions. When someone is looking over the packages they need to know what they contain.

- com.gemstone.gemfire.modules.session.bootstrap
- com.gemstone.gemfire.modules.session.catalina
- com.gemstone.gemfire.modules.session.catalina.callback
- com.gemstone.gemfire.modules.session.filter
- com.gemstone.gemfire.modules.session.installer
- com.gemstone.gemfire.modules.session.installer.args
- com.gemstone.gemfire.modules.util
- com.gemstone.gemfire.ra
These directories must have a package.html that has, at a minimum, a paragraph describing the package. I can't even tell what the com.gemstone.gemfire.ra package is about after looking at the two items it contains.
