Description

Geode Native Client doc sources could be improved for ease of building and use by reducing dependency on the ruby redirect feature, through measures such as:

• Replace ruby redirects, where feasible, with template variables, e.g. links to API docs and server guide
• Standardizing template variables, e.g. use 'serverman' consistently, retiring other alternatives such as 'geodeman'
