[GEARPUMP-35] Worker's JVM metrics is not shown in the dashboard

Description

The JVM metrics of Worker shown in the dashboard is all 0. I checked the http response and it seems the rest api does not return the value.

How to reproduce:
1. Checkout out the latest code which version is 0.8.1-SNAPSHOT
2. Launch the Gearpump cluster and the dashboard.
3. View the detail of Worker
