Description

Per the release process: http://www.apache.org/dev/release-publishing.html we need to generate a release key, create a KEYS file, probably redo the ChangeLog, possibly restart the versioning numbers. We should document the process here with intent to add update the existing release document (https://github.com/apache/incubator-gearpump/blob/master/ReleaseProcess.md)
