[GEARPUMP-123] Metrics about workers is not accurate in UI

Description

This issue is connected with https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GEARPUMP-124.
After GEARPUMP-124 happened, kill the app through UI. After a while, all executors are stopped running, but the metrics shows some executos are still there, as "screenshot-1.png" shows, and I also checked the processes in servers, there are no ActorSystemBooter running any more.
