Description

As per http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/mina-ftpserver-users/201110.mbox/%3CCADsK-6N0M=jbhUhHF=C1D48htP+O5asn0YqsBvw7V6VnM=[e-mail]%3E FtpServer does not correctly support AUTH SSL, nor AUTH TLS-P.

We should use the patch provided in the mail thread and also support the deprecated auth types.
