Description

As discussed it makes sense to rename "Document" to "Datasource" since "Datasource" is a more generic 

• Use "Datasource" to avoid clashing with "javax.activation.DataSource"
• Rename "Documents" to "Datasources"
• Change the command line options accordingly
• Change the example FTLs and documentation accordingly
